Reporting

Network capacity
With a pro version, you benefit from an unlimited user number. You may purchase and operate as many licenses as you need. The basic versions are limited to three users. However, it is possible to switch to a pro version at any given time.

File management
The file management module allows you to store any type of file directly within the SQL database, where they become accessible for all users. It is possible to store images, check lists, or design plans related to customers, devices, items, or service orders. The file management module is compatible with all repV versions, Sage Office Line areas, and any file format.

Online Service Center
The online Online Service Center ensures the efficient completion of your repair assignments and customer orders. The portal makes your system accessible for your customers, allowing them to directly submit their return requests online. Your customers can also access these requests online and check the current status at any given time. In other words, you are able to improve both your transparency and the satisfaction of your customers.

For field service and technicians
Field service app
repV Service Reports Pro is a practical solution for your field representatives to collect order-related data from the customer offline. This enables your field workers to improve their workflows considerably, for example by completing entire service processes from order placement to invoicing without paper or reducing manual work steps to a minimum when it comes to customer orders.
Moreover, users of Windows 10 can operate the app on their tablets via touch screen or on classic customer service laptops by means of mouse and keyboard.
In combination with our repV software, the repV Reports Pro app provides you with a constant overview of your service orders and the respective job status, which allows you to keep your customers up to date at all times. For operational purposes, the app is connected to our service management systems repV and repV for Sage 100. A connection to your own back-end system is possible, as well.

Field service teamwork
A technician shouldn't be a lone wolf. For this reason, repV encourages collaboration. Orders can either be assigned to individual technicians or groups of technicians. In an ideal situation, technicians forward orders directly to colleagues or create orders themselves from on the road. In the latter case, the back office is kept up to date at all times.

Attaching photos & files
Any existing documentation can be attached directly to the service case, e.g. photos shot by technicians on site via tablet. Service order processing
In the German version of repV, the service order is referred to as EON ("Einsatz Order Number" or assignment order number). It constitutes the central element of the program. The relevant data is entered in data masks, exactly as it is done with ERP systems. Therefore, the usage of the program is quite intuitive and easy to learn, which allows you to reduce training courses to a minimum. Another practical feature is that repV recognises and automatically enters data that is already known. The system grows with every new business experience, which means that every new set of data you enter accelerates your workflow.
