Contract billing is an ITP module for Sage Office Line, that allows you to individually create and manage any type of contract along with a detailed contract description. The contract billing module provides you with a constant overview of the contracts your customers have concluded with you as well as of the contents of these agreements. At the same time, this module allows for precise billing at your desired preset intervals.
If a contract is to be billed at certain intervals, e.g. on an annual basis, the different contract items may be handled individually. This means it is possible to automate the billing process of each contract and set different billing intervals for every contract item.
